Agents new to real estate are assigned a Mentor who they will shadow on a listing and buyer presentation. Then in turn the Mentor will shadow the new agent and support them through their first four transactions from the appointment to the closing. This allows the new agent to be in the field learning real estate shortly after starting their journey.
This type of coaching invovles individualized advice and coaching on an agent’s business. This is the most intensive and personal type of mentorship and can help you dramatically increase your skills in real estate through goal setting and accountability.
Group coaching is designed to connect and learn as a team. In Group Coaching, you are creating your systems and building the foundation of your business.
Our market center hosts monthly career events to introduce the community to the many benefits of becoming a real estate agent. Our career events are a great way to learn more about what the life of a real estate agent looks like.
